Senior Façade / Cladding DesignerSalary: £55,000-£65,000 DOE + Hybrid Working Location: Greenwich, London 4 Days Remote / 1 Day OfficeReady to take your cladding design career to the next level?Are you an experienced Façade / Cladding Designer looking for a role where you can work on major, high-profile projects and have real ownership over your designs?I m currently working with a well-established specialist façade contractor who are expanding their design team and looking for a Senior Façade / Cladding Designer to join them.You ll be working on projects typically valued between £3m £9m, including high-risedevelopments, residential apartments, commercial buildings and tall tower schemes across the UK.The RoleYou''ll be responsible for: Producing detailed cladding construction, installation and fabrication drawingsPanel and sub-grid setting out, elevations and fire barrier detailsCarrying out site surveys and inspectionsDeveloping designs from surveys, photographs and site informationCoordinating with clients, architects, engineers and site teamsLiaising with manufacturers on technical specifications, U-values and condensation riskSupporting material take-offs and technical submissionsManaging multiple projects and design deadlines What We''re Looking For Cladding design experienceStrong AutoCAD 2D skillsSolid knowledge of cladding systems, panels, insulation, fixings, membranes and fire barriersExperience with fabrication and setting-out drawingsUnderstanding of U-values ..... full job details .....
