This is an excellent opportunity to work on high-profile façade and building envelope projects ranging from £1m to £20m across the UK.The successful candidate will play a key role in managing the commercial aspects of multiple projects, ensuring profitability, contractual compliance, and successful project delivery from pre-construction through to final account.Key ResponsibilitiesManaging the commercial delivery of façade and cladding projects from contract award to final account.Preparing, reviewing and negotiating subcontract agreements.Producing accurate cost reports, forecasts and cash flow projections.Valuing completed works and submitting applications for payment.Managing variations, change control and compensation events.Identifying commercial risks and implementing mitigation strategies.Reviewing contract documentation and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.Liaising closely with project managers, design teams, clients and subcontractors.Managing procurement schedules and supporting buying activities.Leading final account negotiations and securing project profitability.RequirementsProven experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor ..... full job details .....
