With a strong pipeline of secured projects across the UK, they deliver both remediation and new-build façade packages on residential, commercial, education, and mixed-use developments.Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint an experienced Façade Designer to join their Manchester team.The RoleAs a Façade Designer, you will be responsible for producing detailed design solutions for a variety of façade and building envelope systems. You will work closely with Design Managers, Contracts Managers, Architects, Structural Engineers, and Project Teams to ensure designs are compliant, buildable, and delivered in line with project requirements.This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in façade design, cladding remediation, curtain walling, rainscreen systems, and external envelope packages.Key ResponsibilitiesProduce detailed design, fabrication, and installation drawings.Develop façade solutions for remediation and new-build projects.Design and coordinate systems including:Rainscreen claddingCurtain wallingGlazing systemsAluminium façade systemsSFS framing systemsExternal wall insulation and fire remediation solutionsPrepare technical drawings using AutoCAD and/or ..... full job details .....
