OverviewAn exciting opportunity has arisen for a Patient Pathway Assistant in the Psychology Department at the Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital.
Responsibilities
Provide administrative and clerical support to a busy team of clinical psychologists.
Typing of correspondence and dealing with patient queries.
Recording and validating activity on PAS systems.
Liaising with internal stakeholders.
Qualifications and Skills
Independent, enthusiastic and well organised with good interpersonal and IT skills.
Strong typing skills; audio typing is essential and medical terminology is an advantage.
Attention to detail and ability to communicate across all levels.
Role Details0.8 WTE to cover between Monday to Friday; working hours are 8am–5pm.
