We’re launching something new at Boxcar and we’re looking for the right person to lead it.Boxcar Bread and Wine (W2 2AW)

is expanding into evening service; Think wine bar energy with small plates, warm lighting, neighbourhood regulars, and a casual-but-elegant atmosphere.We’re looking for a confident, service-focused individual to take the reins of this new experience. Someone who loves food, wine, people, and creating the kind of service that guests come back for again and again.The RoleWorking 40-42 hours between Tuesday-Saturday, this is an evening service role! The package is £32,000-34,000 including service.You’ll be the face of our evening service, leading the floor, running the shift, and building a team culture rooted in warm hospitality and genuine care.You’ll be supported by the senior team as this new service beds in, but this is very much your shift to own. You’ll open and close the service, run pre-shift briefs, support your team, and make sure every guest walks away feeling well looked after.You’ll thrive in this role if you:Have experience leading shifts and closing a siteAre confident on the floor and love getting to know your regularsAre passionate about wine, food, and creating great guest experiencesWant to take the next step in your management journey with mentorship and supportEnjoy working in a small, close-knit teamSee the value in the daytime offer as much as the evening – we’re one business!The Offer
