Ensure the restaurant/bar area is HandS compliant for each shiftLead the daily briefing for the restaurant/bar teamCoordinate and run the reservations systemDraft floor plan based on coversSupport the Restaurant AGM with Food and Beverage stock; ordering and stock countsAssist the Restaurant AGM with training on wine, food and beverage menusCash handling and daily revenue reporting as per hotel SOPsOversee service on the floor and barEnsure safe opening and closing of the restaurantCollaborate with the culinary team on menus, service and product availabilityQualifications
