Managing Consultant at ISE Partners (Temporary division). We are seeking a proactive, outgoing and dedicated Team Assistant to join a boutique investment firm on a 2-month temporary assignment, with the possibility of becoming permanent.This is an exciting opportunity for someone with prior experience as a Team Assistant or EA in an investment firm (essential), such as investment banking, private equity, asset management, or hedge funds. If you thrive in a fast-paced, professional and collaborative environment, this could be the role for you!As Team Assistant, you will provide high-level support to Executive Directors, including diary management, expenses, travel coordination, and potentially expanding beyond classic assistant duties. You will be client-facing in your communication, highly organized, and capable of preempting issues that may arise.Responsibilities

Diary and inbox management for Executive Directors, MDsCoordinating meetings, travel, and eventsPreparing documents, reports, and presentationsActing as a central point of contact across the teamSupporting ad-hoc administrative duties to ensure seamless operationsWhat We’re Looking For

Previous experience in an investment firm (essential)A team player with strong communication skillsHighly organized, detail-focused, and able to juggle competing prioritiesSomeone who will go above and beyond to deliver excellenceMinimum of 4-5 years of experience as a Team AssistantEmployment type
