You’ll have exposure to senior VPs across Europe, APAC, and America, working in a role where your contribution will be both visible and valued.This role requires someone who is proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn. You’ll be managing busy schedules, prioritising across competing demands, and coordinating complex travel arrangements—all while acting as a trusted first point of contact.You would have gained at least 3 - 5 years as an assistant in the investment sector.Responsibilities
Complex diary and schedule management across multiple time zonesCoordinating high-level international travel and logisticsActing as a proactive gatekeeper—always one step aheadSupporting senior stakeholders, VPs and MDs with administrative and operational needsEnsuring seamless communication and workflow across the executive teamWhat we’re looking for
A minimum of
3
years’ experience as an Assistant within investment banking, private equity, asset management, or professional servicesStrong organisational skills, with the ability to manage shifting priorities in a fast-paced environmentConfidence in working with senior leadership and handling competing demandsDiscretion, professionalism, and a proactive, can-do mindsetThis is a
6-month assignment
(with potential to extend an additional 6 months and scope for further opportunities within the firm if you impress).
