The organisation has technology at their core and utilises bespoke software platforms to consult with their customers and provide back-office outsourcing solutions to SMEs across the UK. This role will lean more on project delivery.Key Responsibilities: Provide 1-3rd Line Support to 100+ users. End-to-end technical project delivery. Ensure seamless operation and security of IT infrastructure.Background required: Strong technical support background covering Windows 10/11 Desktop, Windows Server 2019+, Firewalls, VPNs, Hyper-V/Server Virtualisation, M365 administration/configuration. Some project delivery experience.
