Teacher - English, Maths and PSHE (Alternative Provision) Location: Rochdale Salary: 32,000 to 38,000 per annum Contract: Permanent Hours: Full Time Start Date: ASAP Aspire People is recruiting on behalf of an established Alternative Provision in Rochdale for a passionate and dedicated Teacher to deliver NCFE English and Maths qualifications, alongside elements of PSHE, to Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 learners. This specialist setting supports young people who have experienced barriers to mainstream education, including SEMH needs, SEND, disrupted educational journeys and those at risk of exclusion. The provision is built around a trauma-informed, relationship-led approach that helps learners rebuild confidence, re-engage with education and achieve positive future outcomes. This is an excellent opportunity for a teacher who thrives in a smaller, more personalised educational environment and is committed to helping vulnerable young people succeed. You will teach small groups of learners, delivering engaging and accessible English and Maths programmes while supporting pupils to develop confidence, resilience and a positive attitude towards learning.
