Full-Time Year 4 Teacher - Salford (ASAP Start)

A welcoming primary school in Salford is looking for a dedicated Year 4 Teacher to join the team full-time, starting as soon as possible. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate teacher who enjoys creating engaging learning experiences, building positive relationships and helping pupils develop confidence in their learning.

The school is looking for a teacher who can deliver engaging, well-structured lessons and create a positive classroom environment where pupils feel supported and motivated to achieve. The successful candidate will take responsibility for a Year 4 class, following the school''s curriculum plans and ensuring pupils continue to make progress across the core subjects.

The successful candidate will:

• Strong KS2 knowledge - have a secure understanding of the Year 4 curriculum and the ability to plan and deliver purposeful lessons across the primary curriculum.
• Confident Maths teaching - use approaches such as White Rose Maths to support pupils'' understanding, develop problem-solving skills and build confidence.
• Engaging learning experiences - deliver creative and motivating English, reading and writing lessons that encourage participation and develop core skills.
• Positive behaviour management - establish clear expectations and use a calm, consistent approach to create a focused and supportive classroom.
• Inclusive teaching - adapt lessons and resources to meet the needs of different learners, including pupils with SEND, and provide additional support where needed.
