We are looking for enthusiastic and highly motivated staff nurses to join our busy nursing team who are committed to outstanding care. As a member of the nursing team, you will be expected to provide autonomous and collaborative care using our WeCare values to deliver a high standard of customer service which is at the heart of everything that we do. You must be flexible to cover clinic sessions which are held in the morning, afternoon and evenings on a rota basis due to the needs of the service.

Responsibilities

Provide autonomous and collaborative care using the WeCare values to deliver a high standard of customer service.

Cover clinic sessions held Monday to Friday, with weekend covering on an ad hoc basis.

Work within Outpatients, a changing environment with a wide range of specialties, including ENT, orthopaedics, medicine and surgery, to develop skills and provide care across multiple areas.

Contribute to a positive patient experience and safe, compassionate care in line with service needs.

Qualifications and requirements

Proactive and motivated nurse with a commitment to high-quality patient care.

Flexible to rota requirements and able to rotate through different outpatient specialties.

Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a nursing team.

Reading and understanding of the job description and person specification; demonstrate meeting criteria in the application.

All new staff appointments are subject to a probationary period.
