Role: Staff Nurse – Acute Medical Ward at The Wellington Hospital, London. The Wellington Hospital is the UK’s largest private hospital, rated “Good” by the CQC.Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality, patient-centred care on the Acute Medical Ward.Assess, plan and implement individualised care plans; provide continuous monitoring and clinical support for patients with acute medical conditions; respond swiftly to changes in a patient’s condition and escalate concerns when necessary.Administer medications, assist with diagnostic procedures, liaise with consultants and allied healthcare professionals, and support patients and their families throughout the hospital journey.Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical policies and procedures; support quality improvement initiatives and promote research-based practice.Requirements
