They are now looking for a skilled Service Manager to maintain high service standards and support ongoing operations. The day to day of this role includes managing service engineers, overseeing repairs and installations, and handling customer service issues. You will ensure timely responses to client needs, maintain service quality, and support the delivery of efficient engineering solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong electrical and electronic knowledge, experience with machinery such as CNCs and PLCs, and a proven ability to manage engineers and customer expectations.
