Service Manager

A leading supplier of industrial refrigeration equipment and services to the semiconductor, automotive and aerospace sectors is now looking for a Service Manager.

With the Service division growing rapidly worldwide, we are now looking for an organised, technically qualified Manager to grow, lead, and manage the service team and support customers.

The goal is to increase service capability to improve customer satisfaction, maximise customer retention and increase profitability.-

Customers are based across the UK, Ireland, Europe and also worldwide.-

Ideally you will be a leader with the hands-on Service Engineering skills and product knowledge that customers expect.

This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who is looking for a new challenge with a small team. You will continue to work on the tools, as well as lead the team.

Looking ahead to the future, further progression beyond Service Manager is also a possibility for the right person.-

We welcome applications from either experienced Senior Service Engineers who are looking to step up to a Management role; or experienced Service Managers who are looking for a new challenge.

Qualifications/Experience:

As the successful Service Manager, you should have at least 8 years experience in a similar Service Engineering role.

A familiarity with Industrial Refrigeration, FGAS, Semiconductor, UHV, Ultra High Vacuum, Thin Film, Deposition, Cryocooling is required.

Ideally you will hold F-Gas Certification.

Additional Information:

Candidates MUST be eligible to work and live in the UK, without requiring sponsorship. Copies of Visa and Passport will be requested.

Candidates MUST hold a Full Clean Driving licence and be willing and able to travel regularly and stay away from home overnight.-

Salary / benefits: c-60k+, plus bonus, Company Vehicle, and benefits
