Your mission and key responsibilities
Providing technical leadership and team management to deliver work packages effectively.
Coordinating and communicating on complex engineering problems between project stakeholders.
Providing technical review and responding to site queries and requested changes in a dynamic environment to support contractor activities on HPC site.
Conducting and reviewing analysis of structures carried out in FEM packages (experience in using Ansys beneficial).
Providing technical oversight of reinforcement detailers and reviewing detailing models and drawings.
Providing expert oversight and technical direction to teams completing the design of reinforced concrete structures.
Developing strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Supporting the business development team during the tendering process for future project streams.
Qualifications and experience
Bachelor’s or master’s in Civil or Structural Engineering.
Chartered with the ICE, IStructE, or equivalent experience and willingness to obtain.
Experience in the use of Ansys or equivalent structural FEM software.
Experience in reinforced concrete calculation and design.
Working familiarity with relevant technical Codes of Practice and Industry Standards (Eurocodes, British Standard, and ETC-C the applicable code for HPC/SZC).
