Hybrid Working in Glasgow (would also be open to candidates based in either Edinburgh or Aberdeen - as our client also has offices there)The Company:A dynamic Construction Consultancy is seeking Quantity Surveyors at various levels - QS, Senior QS, and Associate - to support major projects in the Power and Energy sector in Scotland and across the UK. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your career while working on high-profile energy projects, including renewables, high voltage transmission, and other innovative technologies.Whether you''re an experienced professional or looking to step into a leadership role, you''ll contribute to shaping the future of the energy industry while enjoying a supportive, flexible working environment.Bandings (dependant on location/ experience):Quantity Surveyor (£45k - £65k)Senior Quantity Surveyor (£52k - £78k)Associate (£72k - £88k)Responsibilities:Quantity Surveyor

Deliver accurate project cost monitoring, forecasting, and reporting.Administer contracts in alignment with project objectives and governance policies.Proactively manage cost variances, cash flow, and valuations.Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure programme performance, cost control, and value engineering objectives are met.Assist with procurement and tender evaluations.Senior Quantity Surveyor

Lead commissions and oversee cost management delivery.Manage contract change processes and ensure compliance with governance and best practices.Provide commercial guidance to clients and stakeholders.Drive improvements in budgeting, forecasting, and cost reporting accuracy.Support the professional development of junior team members.Associate

Take a leadership role in delivering high-value commissions, often large or complex.Act as the key client interface, building strong relationships and ensuring client objectives are met.Lead teams to deliver quality services on time and within budget.Oversee the full procurement process, including contract negotiation.Promote innovation and efficiency within the consultancy and for client projects.Qualifications:Professional Memberships:

Ideally MRICS, MCIPS, or working towards similar.Contract Knowledge:

Strong understanding of NEC3/4 contracts (Option C preferred).Sector Experience:
