The successful candidate will become part of a dynamic, forward-thinking team where expertise is valued and contributions are recognised.In return, the company offers a competitive salary, a comprehensive benefits package and ongoing opportunities for professional growth.Key ResponsibilitiesManage all contractual and financial aspects of construction projects.Ensure projects are delivered within budget and to the highest quality standards.Undertake risk management, value engineering and cost control.Prepare and assess costings for tenders.Provide advice on contractual claims and dispute resolution.Analyse outcomes and produce detailed progress reports.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the various building contracts currently in use.Essential Skills and ExperienceProven experience as a Quantity Surveyor, with a strong background in civil engineering projects.Thorough understanding of construction methods and materials.Strong negotiation, analytical and problem-solving skills.Solid knowledge of contract law and industry regulations.Proficiency in relevant software packages.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.The OfferThis role is ideally suited to a skilled professional seeking to progress their career whilst contributing to projects that promote renewable energy and sustainability.
