This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established team delivering critical upgrade and maintenance projects across major UK assets. The RoleAs a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role in the commercial management of projects across two locations: Central London and Stansted Airport.This is a hands-on role requiring strong NEC contract knowledge and the ability to operate within a Tier 1 environment. You will be responsible for managing commercial processes, supporting project delivery, and acting as a key interface between the contractor, subcontractors, and client.You will work closely with operational and delivery teams to ensure projects are commercially controlled and delivered successfully.
