Senior Quantity Surveyor

Senior Quantity Surveyor - Earls Court/Croydon/Hendon - Residential/Mixed-Use
Salary: £80,000 - £90,000 + package

O'Neill and Brennan are currently working with an up-and-coming main contractor with a strong secured pipeline of residential and mixed-use schemes. They are seeking to appoint a Senior Quantity Surveyor to act as commercial lead on two residential schemes both valued between £5 - £10m.
They will be interested to meet with any individuals who have proven experience of overseeing similar projects autonomously.

Role Overview

- Title: Senior Quantity Surveyor
- Project: Residential New Build
- Locations: Earls Court/Croydon/Hendon
- Rate: £85,000 - £95,000 (Also open to outside IR35)
- Start: ASAP but can wait for the right person
- Type: Permanent (also open to long-term contractors)

Responsibilities

- Procuring and managing subcontract packages
- Managing Variations, Negotiations and final accounts
- Contribute to the successful commercial delivery of the project

Requirements

- Previous involvement working across residential or mixed-use schemes
- Full commercial lifecycle experience
- Experience working as the sole Senior or Project QS on schemes up to £15m
