Quantity Surveyor

Package Quantity Surveyor - Residential/Mixed-Use - Central London
Rate: £375 - £400 per day (Outside IR35)

O'Neill and Brennan are currently working with an up-and-coming main contractor with a strong secured pipeline of residential and mixed-use schemes. They are seeking to hire an experienced Package Quantity Surveyor to join on a long-term freelance basis, working across large-scale residential developments in Central London.

Role Overview

- Title: Package Quantity Surveyor
- Project: Residential / Mixed-Use New Build
- Locations: Central London
- Rate: £375 - £400 per day (Outside IR35)
- Start: ASAP but can wait for the right person
- Type: Freelance (Long-term ongoing)

Responsibilities

- Managing higher risk and complex packages including façade, frame, and groundworks
- Contribute to the successful commercial delivery of the project

Requirements

- Proven experience working as a Quantity Surveyor on residential or mixed-use schemes
- Experience managing high-value or high-risk packages such as façade, frame, or groundworks
- Able and willing to commute to Central London and projects as required
