Senior Quantity Surveyor - Fit Out Contractor - London
Rate: £85,000 - £110,000 + package

O'Neill and Brennan are currently working with a major fit out and refurbishment contractor who are on the lookout for a strong Senior Surveyor with experience of acting as commercial lead on Cat B and Cut & Carve schemes from £1m - £35m
It is a very exciting time for the business as they have experienced significant growth over the last 2 years. This role is required due to the expansion of the business and not to replace previous staff members.
Role Overview

- Title: Senior Quantity Surveyor
- Project: Fit Out
- Location: Central London
- Rate: £85,000 - £110,000
- Start: ASAP but can wait for the right person
- Type: Perm

Responsibilities

- Working as commercial lead overseeing a brand new
- Support project reporting and cost forecasting
- Contribute to the successful commercial delivery of the project

Requirements

- Previous experience working on Cat B projects from £1m - £35m
- Full commercial lifecycle experience
- Strong longevity in previous positions
