Senior Mechanical Engineering Manager

As the Senior Mechanical Engineering Manager, you will lead the engineering services across a complex environment, ensuring safe, compliant and high-performing estates delivery. The Senior Mechanical Engineering Manager will be responsible for: Lead and manage engineering maintenance and estates services, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and HTMs/HBNs Oversee PPM, lifecycle planning and risk management to minimise disruption to clinical operations Act as Authorised Person / Lead Authorised Person and ensure safe systems of work are followed Build strong relationships with internal teams, stakeholders and external partners Drive performance, continuous improvement and value for money across engineering services To be successful for this Senior Engineering Manager role you must have: Relevant engineering/FM qualifications (e.g. NEBOSH, IOSH, IWFM or equivalent) Significant experience in a senior technical leadership role within FM or healthcare environments Strong knowledge of compliance, engineering standards and safe systems of work Proven leadership skills with experience managing ..... full job details .....
