Proven experience in account management within the sporting goods, fashion, or sneaker channels in JapanStrong relationships with sneaker and fashion retailers in JapanDemonstrated ability to manage and grow business with complex accounts, both small, medium, or large in scaleExperience leading and developing sales teams, with a focus on coaching and mentorshipSell-in and sell-out analysis skills and a data-driven approach to decision-makingDeep understanding of the Japanese wholesale landscape and market dynamicsExcellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skillsNumbers savvy with experience in sales forecasting, reporting, and analysis.
