We are looking for a Senior Elastic Consultant with strong Elastic expertise who is familiar with working in a DevOps environment. The primary expertise must be the Elastic Platform. Our culture is focused on Digital Transformation with capabilities for onsite and onshore, supported by an international office network.This is a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Lead Consultant with deep expertise in the Elastic platform to guide projects and mentor junior consultants. You will work with stakeholders, manage expectations, and deliver Elastic solutions within a DevOps-focused environment.Your Responsibilities:Act as the Elastic subject matter expert, ensuring high-quality delivery of Elastic solutions.Mentor and guide junior consultants, providing coaching, technical expertise, and knowledge sharing.Design and implement Elastic solutions that meet client requirements.Collaborate with DevOps teams to integrate Elastic into CI/CD, automation, and cloud environments.Manage client expectations and ensure effective stakeholder communication.Stay up to date with Elastic and observability best practices.Hands-on experience with the Elastic Stack (Elasticsearch, Kibana, Logstash, Beats, etc.).Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools (CI/CD, automation, infrastructure-as-code).Experience with containerized solutions such as Kubernetes, Docker, or OpenShift.Knowledge of public cloud platforms (Azure/Azure Stack).Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash) are a plus.Key Skills:Proven track record as a Senior Elastic Consultant delivering complex solutions.Ability to mentor and support junior colleagues effectively.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.A consultative approach with the ability to build strong client relationships.About You:Passionate about Elastic and innovative technologies.Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.Personable, approachable, and eager to mentor others.A strong team player with leadership qualities.Adaptable and proactive in addressing challenges.Why NETbuilderWe value your career progression and offer a tailored progression path to support your personal development.Interested?
