This is an excellent opportunity for a personable and organised Resident Liaison Officer who enjoys working directly with residents and project teams, acting as the key point of contact throughout construction and refurbishment works. You will play an important role in ensuring residents are kept fully informed, concerns are dealt with professionally and disruption is managed effectively throughout the delivery of works. The Role As Resident Liaison Officer, you will provide the link between residents, site teams and the wider business, ensuring clear communication and a positive resident experience throughout each project.
