Customer Liaison Officer

Our client who operate within the Gas utilities sector are looking for a Customer Liasion officer to join their growing team. We are looking for someone with brilliant customer service as this is a highly customer focused role. You will be expected to carry out the following; Attend regular planned meetings Attend customer homes to advise them on the works that are due to commence Identify customers that may require further assistance whilst work is ongoing Work closely with the operational teams and site manager Effectively plan for door knocking at the start of the project, with follow up visits once completed This role would suit someone with the below; Experience in a customer focused role Excellent communication and negotiation skills Confident and organised Full UK driver licence ( Will be required to drive to various sites in west london ..... full job details .....
