This role is crucial in ensuring a seamless connection between residents and housing services, while promoting a safe and compliant living environment.Key Responsibilities: Monitor and respond to resident enquiries through various channels, including in-person, phone, and correspondence.Conduct interviews with residents via phone, in the office, or through home visits as necessary.Provide expert advice on fire safety and housing compliance to ensure residents are well-informed.Coordinate and facilitate resident meetings, forums, and multi-agency site visits, ensuring comprehensive minute-taking.Perform regular inspections of properties to identify and address fire safety hazards promptly.Manage and investigate breaches of lease and tenancy agreements, collaborating with other services and agencies.Support vulnerable residents in sustaining their tenancies and navigating any tenancy breaches.Promote a variety of payment methods and assist residents in accessing financial support.Attend court or tribunal sessions as required, representing the organisation effectively.
