Customer Liaison Officer

Our client who operate within the Gas utilities sector are looking for a Customer Liasion officer to join their growing team.

We are looking for someone with brilliant customer service as this is a highly customer focused role. You will be expected to carry out the following;

Attend regular planned meetings

Attend customer homes to advise them on the works that are due to commence-

Identify customers that may require further assistance whilst work is ongoing

Work closely with the operational teams & site manager

Effectively plan for door knocking at the start of the project, with follow up visits once completed

This role would suit someone with the below;

Experience in a customer focused role

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Confident and organised

Full UK driver licence ( Will be required to drive to various sites in west london )
