We are looking for a strong, compassionate, and decisive leader to supervise and support a dedicated team, ensuring exceptional care, love, and support for every child in line with the Children s Homes Regulations (2015) and Supported Accommodation Regulations (2023).The nature of this role means that you will work on a rota basis covering evenings and weekends routinely with a pattern of working one weekend in every four- patterns covering 09:30am - 20:00pm.What you ll do:Lead, supervise, and inspire a team of professionals to provide
high-quality care .Ensure every child receives the
support, stability, and guidance
they need.Work closely with partners to
safeguard young people
