Registered Manager

to lead a

children s residential home

supporting young people with

Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD) .This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of a high-quality service, ensuring compliance with Ofsted regulations while fostering a safe, nurturing environment for residents and staff.Responsibilities:

Oversee the day-to-day running of the home

Lead, mentor, and develop a team of care professionals

Ensure safeguarding and high standards of care are met

Maintain compliance with relevant legislation and Ofsted requirements

Develop tailored care plans and therapeutic support strategies

Requirements:

Level 5 in Residential Child Care (or equivalent)

Previous experience managing a children s residential home

Strong knowledge of Ofsted standards and EBD

Effective leadership, organisational, and communication skills

Full UK driving licence
