experienced, nurse-qualified Home Manager (RGN required)

to take the lead in a well-established nursing and residential care service in the Bradford area. The home provides person-centred care for older people, including dementia, nursing, and respite services, within a warm and community-focused setting. This is a fantastic opportunity for a proven manager to lead a dedicated team, ensuring the highest standards of care and compliance while continuing to build on the home''s strong reputation for compassion and quality.

About the Role

Overall clinical and operational leadership of the service.Leading, developing, and inspiring a skilled care and nursing team.Ensuring compliance with CQC standards and best practice guidelines.Driving service development and continuous improvement.Maintaining strong relationships with residents, families, staff, and external professionals.

About You

Must be RGN qualified

with active NMC registration.Substantial management experience in a nursing/dementia care setting.Stable and proven career history - strong tenure is essential.Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills.Strong track record of achieving or maintaining good CQC outcomes.
