Lead and manage a Children''s Home, adhering to the Statement of Purpose and Ofsted regulatory frameworkEnsure personalised care plans that meet the individual needs of the childSupervise and support the development of staff, ensuring compliance with safeguarding and service governanceManage recruitment, staff training, and developmentAchieve and maintain a "Good" or "Outstanding" rating from OfstedRequirements

Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Children’s Residential or equivalentMinimum 3 years'' experience working with children and young people within a residential environmentExperience in a supervisory or management role within a residential settingDriving Licence is essentialSalary
