We are looking for an experienced and driven Registered Children''s Home Manager to take the lead at a respected, well-resourced adolescent home in Barnsley, supporting young people with complex emotional and behavioural needs.This is a full-time, permanent role offering a £51,400 base salary, plus generous Ofsted and occupancy bonuses, and on-call payments. Manage day-to-day operations of a children''s residential homeEnsure Ofsted compliance and aim for continuous improvementLead and supervise a team of residential care staffDeliver high-quality, trauma-informed care for adolescentsManage safeguarding, risk, and incident responseContribute to referral and placement strategyParticipate in on-call rota and ensure cover is maintainedQualifications and Experience
