Key Requirements

Proven track record as a Home Manager within a nursing home.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

In-depth knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance.

Ability to inspire and manage a multidisciplinary team.

Excellent clinical knowledge with the ability to make sound decisions.

Role Overview

As the Nursing Home Manager, you will be responsible for:

Leading the day-to-day operations of the home.

Ensuring the home remains compliant with CQC standards.

Supporting, mentoring, and developing your team.

Driving service improvements and promoting excellence in care.

Building strong relationships with residents, families, and external stakeholders.

Salary: £65,000 per annum.
