on the search for a National Sales Manager .

This is a permanent role based in

East Anglia.As the

National Sales Manager,

youwill be responsible for driving sales growth across the UK, with key UK retailers. You’ll lead strategic account planning, new business development, and channel management, while ensuring alignment with company objectives.Key Responsibilities:Own and manage national account relationships within the education sector and major UK retail chainsDeliver annual sales targets and margin goals through effective planning, negotiation, and executionIdentify and secure new business opportunities across B2B education providers and retail partnersLead account forecasting, promotional planning, and performance analysisCollaborate with marketing, product, and supply chain teams to ensure strong customer service and brand positioningAttend key trade shows, school supply exhibitions, and retail buyer meetingsMonitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform strategyLine management of one or more regional sales staff (as needed)What We''re Looking For:5+ years’ experience in national sales or key account management, preferably within toys, education, or FMCGProven track record of managing UK key retail accounts and/or educational buyers/distributorsStrong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and relationship-building abilitiesExcellent understanding of the UK retail landscape and education supply marketWillingness to travel across the UK for customer meetings and eventsFull UK driving licenseCompetitive salary + benefits.Please contact
