Minor Works Project Manager

On behalf of our client, we are seeking to recruit a Minor Works Project Manager on an initial 6 -month contract. The Minor Works Project Manager you will oversee a portfolio of small to medium capital and operational projects across the regional estate. You will be responsible for ed to end delivery from initial feasibility through design, procurement, construction and commissioning for multiple concurrent projects up to 100,000 in value.Role: Minor Works Project Manager Pay: 44.05 per hour Via Umbrella Location: Filton Contract: Monday - Friday 35 hours per week, 6 months IR35 Status: Inside Security Clearance: BPSSResponsibilities Lead a concurrent portfolio of minor works projects (individual values up to EIOOk) across Filton, Bristol, and Newport, ensuring adherence to CDM 2015 regulations, building control, and internal quality metrics.Partner with internal clients, facility managers, and site operational tearns to minimize disruption to live environments during works execution.Manage project finances, including scope definition,contractor tendering, cost estimation, budget tracking, change control, and final account settlements.Supervise external consultants, specialist subcontractors, and main contractors enforcing strict performance, safety, and quality Mcontrol standards.Act as Principal Designer/Principal Contractor manager under CDM where required.
