Minor Works Project ManagerLocation: Filton - Hybrid, 80% onsite Contract: Until 12 April 2027 Hours: 35 hours per week, 4.5 days between 7am-7pm Travel: Regular travel to Newport, South WalesPay: 44.05 per hour (Inside IR35) Clearance: BPSS+ required; must be SC clearable - UK NationalWe are currently recruiting for an experienced Minor Works Project Manager to manage a portfolio of small-to-medium construction and facilities projects across Filton, Bristol and Newport.This is a hands-on project management role, responsible for taking projects from initial planning and design through procurement, construction and completion. Individual projects will typically be valued up to 100,000, with the successful candidate managing multiple projects concurrently.Key ResponsibilitiesManage multiple minor works and construction projects from start to completion.Coordinate project planning, design, procurement, construction and commissioning.Manage project budgets, costs, tendering, change control and final accounts.Manage contractors, subcontractors, consultants and suppliers.Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget.Ensure compliance with CDM 2015, health and safety and building regulations.Review RAMS, permits to work, site inductions and safety documentation.Work closely with facilities teams, operational stakeholders and contractors to minimise disruption to live sites.Provide regular project updates, reporting on progress, risks, costs and programme.Travel ..... full job details .....
