Job: Minor Works Project ManagerLocation : Filton (60-80% On Site with occasional travel to Newport, South Wales)Contract Duration: 7 Months Role Overview Belcan are currently supporting one of their clients with their search for a structured Minor Works Project Manager to oversee a portfolio of small-to-medium capital and operational projects across their regional estate. You will be responsible for end-to-end delivery-from initial feasibility through design, procurement, construction, and commissioning-for multiple concurrent projects up to 100,000 in value. This role spans diverse operational environments, including commercial office spaces, high-tech industrial facilities, and secure infrastructure. You will ensure all projects areexecuted safely, within budget, on schedule, and in full compliance with UK statutory standards and site security protocols.
