You''ll play a key role in ensuring the reliability, safety, and efficiency of critical site operations, working across a diverse range of plant and systems.We welcome applications from candidates with any mechanical maintenance background-whether from manufacturing, facilities, forces, industrial, or similar environments-who are looking to develop their skills within a complex and rewarding setting.Key ResponsibilitiesYou will be responsible for delivering both planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across a range of mechanical building services systems, including:Steam boilers and steam/condensate systemsChilled water systemsCompressed air systemsPumps and associated plantAir handling units (AHUs)BMS-linked mechanical equipmentYour duties will include:Carrying out PPM and reactive maintenance across site assetsDiagnosing faults and completing effective repairsIdentifying opportunities for improvements and remedial worksUpdating maintenance records within the CMMS systemSupporting permit-to-work proceduresSupervising specialist subcontractorsMaintaining accurate compliance and asset documentationSupporting ..... full job details .....
