Headquartered in New York City with employees worldwide, Sprinklr serves more than 1,000 enterprises, including global brands like Microsoft, PandG, and Samsung.Sprinklr is looking for a pre-sales Lead Solutions Consultant who will partner with Sales and Customer Success on Large Enterprise prospects and global strategic clients. Solutions Consultants are instrumental in the sales cycle and account relationship, bringing technical and industry expertise to create compelling solutions for customers.As a Lead Solutions Consultant, you will know Sprinklr’s offerings well enough to differentiate them to customers so they can realize their desired outcomes. You will collaborate with sales and customer success to uncover current and future states and roadmap an end-to-end solution. You will be viewed as a strategic advisor by internal and external stakeholders and should be comfortable communicating from the C-suite to practitioners.
Responsibilities
Design compelling solutions to address a customer’s key business challenges, presenting a desired future state and delivering a competitive advantage with measurable outcomes.Lead and document discovery sessions to understand the client’s objectives and outcomes.Present a vision of the solution that meets requirements and drives adoption and growth.Lead client workshops including whiteboarding, QandA sessions, and trials.Maintain Subject Matter Expertise (SME) in Customer Experience Management and stay current on industry trends and competition.Collaborate with internal teams to develop reusable collateral for the global presales team and mentor others.Ensure timely and accurate administration across systems of record and provide handoffs to Customer Success to deliver the proposed solution.Document observations from prospects and customers to influence future product capabilities.
Qualifications
5+ years of relevant CX strategy and technical consulting experience.Experience in a pre-sales role at a SaaS company managing large enterprise customers.Experience in marketing, advertising, customer care, business intelligence, or commerce spaces.Familiarity with CRM, Marketing Automation, Business Intelligence, and Social Media.Thought leadership demonstrated through white papers, speaking at industry events, blogging, etc.Creative thinker with the ability to articulate a vision for customer experience improvements.
