About the Role:I am working with a growing technology-driven organisation seeking an IT Systems Technician to support both internal teams and external clients. This is a varied, hands-on role covering IT support, systems administration, onboarding, and customer engagement within a fast-paced operational environment.The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining systems, supporting users, onboarding new clients, and continuously improving processes and documentation.Key Responsibilities:Provide IT systems, software, and hardware support across the businessOwn and manage the IT Service Desk, ensuring tickets are handled efficientlySupport system administration, troubleshooting, and maintenanceOnboard new clients, including system setup, data integration, and configurationIntegrate customer platforms with internal systemsDeliver system demonstrations and training to both internal users and customersProduce reports and analyse data using tools such as Excel and Power BISupport customer service queries related to systems and technologyIdentify opportunities for automation and process improvementCreate SOPs and contribute to the internal knowledge baseSkills and Responsibilities:Essential:Strong general IT support skillsGood understanding of IT infrastructure and systemsStrong Excel skills, including formulas and reportingExcellent written and verbal communication skillsCustomer-focused with a professional and confident approachWell organised and able to work under ..... full job details .....
