Internal Recruiter (Temporary Contract to Christmas) EC1N, London Large Housing Organisation Immediate Start Temp role until Christmas Competitive hourly rate About the Role We are looking for an experienced Internal Recruiter to join a large housing organisation on a temporary basis through to Christmas. This is a busy, fast-paced recruitment role supporting managers with end-to-end recruitment and onboarding across a variety of positions. Key Responsibilities Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from vacancy briefing through to onboarding Source candidates through job boards, social media, direct search and other recruitment channels Screen applications and coordinate interviews and assessment activities Support hiring managers with recruitment best practice and guidance Prepare offers, contracts and onboarding documentation Conduct pre-employment checks including right-to-work and qualification checks Liaise with recruitment agencies and advertising providers where required Ensure recruitment processes are compliant, inclusive and in line with company policies Maintain accurate records on recruitment and HR systems Support recruitment campaigns, talent attraction initiatives and employer branding activity Assist with recruitment reporting and data analysis Provide a positive candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the recruitment process Experience Required Previous in-house or agency recruitment experience Experience managing end-to-end recruitment ..... full job details .....
