Internal Recruiter Birmingham (On-site) Up to 35,000About the RoleWe are partnering with a growing healthcare organisation in Birmingham to recruit an experienced Internal Recruiter. This is a fantastic opportunity for a recruitment professional with a strong healthcare background who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and leading a small team. Reporting into the senior leadership team, you will take ownership of the end-to-end recruitment function, managing a high volume of vacancies across a variety of healthcare and support functions whilst leading and developing two Recruitment Coordinators.
