Position: Internal Recruiter
Contract Type: Temporary, Full Time
Pay: -18 per hour + Holiday Pay + Benefits
Locations: Plumstead, London (with travel to Romford & East London required)

Are you an experienced recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment? Adecco Romford & London East are looking for a confident and proactive Internal Recruiter to manage the attraction, interviewing and hiring of professional drivers across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing through to onboarding
• Conduct telephone, virtual and face-to-face interviews
• Source and attract candidates through a variety of recruitment channels
• Build and maintain talent pipelines to support ongoing hiring needs
• Coordinate compliance checks and onboarding processes

What We''re Looking For

• Previous experience in internal recruitment, talent acquisition or agency recruitment
• Confident conducting interviews and assessing candidate suitability
• Experience managing multiple vacancies in a fast-paced environment
• Driving, transport or logistics recruitment experience/knowledge would be highly advantageous
