HR Manager - The RoleReporting directly to the Managing Partner, you will take full ownership of the HR function, supporting a mix of fee earners (Solicitors, Partners, Lawyers) and support staff.You will be responsible for the full employee lifecycle, including:End-to-end recruitment and selectionActing as a trusted advisor to Partners across multiple sitesManaging HR policies, processes and compliance trainingSupporting on employee relations cases (low complexity)Driving consistency across offices while balancing stakeholder needsSupporting with the rollout of a new case management system (from September)Maintaining and improving a traditional HR framework, with scope to moderniseThis is a busy, varied role where no two days are the same, requiring a confident and diplomatic approach.
