Part time or Full time HR Manager - Temp
We are partnering with a growing, professional organisation seeking an experienced HR Manager on a temp basis 4 -5 months, to play a pivotal role in supporting its London office. This is a broad, hands on position combining HR operations, payroll coordination, and employee engagement.London - hybrid - 2 days in the office£300 - £350 per dayOPEN TO BOTH PART TIME AND FULL TIME You will act as a trusted advisor to employees and managers, ensuring smooth day-to-day people operations while fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.Key ResponsibilitiesHuman ResourcesManage the HR system, ensuring accurate and compliant employee recordsAct as the first point of contact for HR queries across the businessSupport the full employee lifecycle (onboarding, offboarding, probation, etc.)Assist with HR policies, procedures, and employee relations mattersProvide guidance to managers on people-related issuesCoordinate training and development initiativesPayroll and BudgetCoordinate monthly payroll and liaise with external providersMaintain payroll data and ensure timely and accurate submissionsManage office and payroll budgets, tracking and reporting spendSupport financial planning through cost monitoring and variance analysisOffice ManagementOversee the day-to-day running of the London officeManage facilities, suppliers, and workplace resourcesEnsure a safe, professional, and welcoming office environmentSupport business continuity and operational effectivenessEmployee Engagement ..... full job details .....
