HR Advisor

Role: HR AdvisorSector: Public SectorDuration: Temporary until end of January 2027 Location: WarwickshireSalary: 20 - 24 PAYE per hour Sellick Partnership is currently recruiting for an experienced HR Advisor join our client based in Warwickshire, this role if offered on a hybrid basis with a minimum of 2 days a week onsite. The HR Advisor will support the HR team, providing professional HR advice and guidance to both managers and employees. The appointed candidate will also support the research, development and implementation of new and revised HR policies and procedures. The duties of the HR Advisor will includeSupporting and managing the delivery of key projects linked to the organisation''s people strategyResearching, developing, reviewing and implementing HR policies and proceduresProviding professional HR advice and guidance to managers and employees on employment matters, terms and conditions, and HR policiesCoordinating sickness absence management, including reporting, occupational health referrals, and formal absence management processesActing as the main point of contact for occupational health and coordinate all related activitiesSupporting managers with restructuring, redundancy and organisational change processesLiaising with HR Administration and Payroll teams to ensure effective HR service deliveryProviding guidance and support to the HR Administration team during workload peaks and management absenceSupporting organisational development, learning and ..... full job details .....
