HR Advisor - TUPE SpecialistTemporary contract for 6 monthsFull time, hybrid working availableBased in LondonSalary: up to 24.50 per hour (PAYE)Are you an experienced HR professional with hands-on TUPE and employee relations experience, looking for an opportunity where you can play a key role in supporting organisational change?We are partnering with a purpose-led organisation to recruit an HR Advisor who will provide specialist advice and operational support across a range of TUPE transfers. Working closely with managers, internal stakeholders, legal advisers and transferring organisations, you''ll help ensure transfers are well managed, compliant and provide a positive experience for employees.The roleYou''ll support TUPE activity from initial planning and due diligence through to consultation, transfer and post-transfer integration. This will include:Supporting the planning and delivery of TUPE transfers in and out of the organisationCoordinating due diligence and reviewing Employee Liability Information (ELI)Supporting formal consultation with employees, trade unions and employee representativesAdvising managers and responding to employee queries throughout the transfer processReviewing workforce data, contracts, policies and employment practices to identify potential risks and liabilitiesPreparing consultation documents, communications, letters and reportsSupporting employee relations matters connected to TUPE and organisational changeMaintaining project plans, ..... full job details .....
