Duration: until Christmas. This interim assignment will suit an experienced Interim ER Advisor / HR Advisor who can hit the ground running in the provision of hands-on, operational HR support within an education organisation in Cheltenham. This is a visible, on-site role. You will be the trusted advisor, delivering practical, day-to-day employee relations support to leaders and employees. You will support managers and staff daily, ensuring people''s issues are managed effectively and proactively.
